跟朋友一起來薩爾茨堡玩，一眼看中這個酒店，就定下了。兩大一小，選擇了豪華大房間，並請酒店加了床。
房間很美，有四扇窗（含洗手間一個大窗），還有一個陽台。
我們樓下是游泳池，有一些人穿着浴袍在看夕陽。
樓下再往外走是福根湖，靜謐美好

這家“高級”度假村用其固執的"無空調哲學"讓我們遭遇了七月阿爾卑斯山的無情炙烤，房間沒有空調，甚至不提供風扇。夜間室外倒是涼爽，但打開門窗通風的後果就是滿屋子小飛蟲和蒼蠅，想要享受半夜暴汗熱醒的酸爽來這家就對了。
再説服務，前台所有工作人員無論日班晚班統統傲慢、混亂且充滿敵意：入住時黑瘦矮小的女前台思路混亂，效率極低，我們四間房搞了半小時，還亂收按金。入住期間，問金髮大塊頭女前台詢問能否提供風扇，得到了一個兇惡的眼神和否定回答。退房時金髮高個女前台不僅業務不熟練，還態度惡劣，甚至反咬一口指責我們"叫嚷"，要求我們"像human being一樣説話"，她無視攜程的訂房確認信，擅自多扣200多歐元，且拒絕解釋或核對賬單，這已經不僅僅違背了服務業最基本的職業素養，而是涉嫌惡意扣費甚至欺詐，而且充滿歧視和敵意。我説要給她錄象留證據時，她像受到了天大的委屈一樣才去找了運營總監，還好這位總監算個正常人，聽完我們的敍述表示理解，讓我們留下聯繫方式後先離開，等他查清楚再給我們反饋。事實證明是他們搞錯了，該總監發來郵件道歉。
整個行程中最煞風景的就是這個酒店的入住體驗，硬件缺陷尚可勉強忍受，但惡意扣費+前台侮辱客人已經觸及底線。這樣的酒店不僅管理混亂，甚至可能故意利用語言障礙和遊客的不熟悉來多收費用。強烈建議未來遊客謹慎選擇，如果已經預訂，務必全程保留證據，避免成為下一個受害者。

這酒店是我們此行歐洲十一日遊最期待的一家，卻是最令人失望的一家。客觀説，酒店位置不錯，羣山環繞，一羣漂亮的小房子就是酒店及周邊了。
缺點呢，也是非常鮮明的，首先是整體比較老舊，餐廳也很小，兩頓晚餐都沒能力接待，衹好去了bar吃了簡餐。其次就是沒有空調，好吧，這個表示理解，地方特色，大多沒有空調。
失望是因為什麼呢？一方面管理混亂，入住時候亂收按金，一會一筆一會一筆，他們想收的金額遠超房費，而不是攜程確認信上寫的50歐元。一問就是這是銀行收的，不是我們收的，附帶一副獨特的傲慢嘴臉；人在國外真是也比較無助，銀行會沒有指令扣我們的按金？這種解釋也是滑稽，他們傲慢地把中國人當做鄉巴佬吧！
最誇張的是，退房時金額跟攜程不匹配，我把打印好的確認信給前台，尊貴的奧地利貴族前台看都不能看一眼，他們所有的金額都是來自系統的指示，他們沒辦法跟預訂部確認，如果少了點堅持，多出來這錢不付你是走不掉的，畢竟屬於違法啊！跟她多爭論幾句，她讓客人做個human being，有理由懷疑這是種族歧視吧！朋友説我可以錄音嗎？她覺得受到天大委屈，才請出了她的領導。之前不管怎麼説，她都不願意幫客人確認下金額為啥不對，自己受委屈了開始求助了，然後開始一系列的表演，抹眼淚喝水，可惜我配合不來，我做不來綠茶那一套，哪怕是在異國他鄉完全沒有安全感的情況下，中國女人也做不出那一套惺惺作態。
這故事實在太精彩了，值得一個視頻號3分鐘的解説，即便如此，還是願意客觀評價酒店也有自己的自然條件優勢，其他的勸同胞們儘量避雷，畢竟人在海外，安全感是第一訴求，賓至如歸的服務不敢奢求。
